What training opportunities does Oxford offer?

Extensive training is given to all Oxford Recruiters and Account Managers. Most days begin with a one- hour topical training meeting, where relevant aspects of the job are presented and discussed in detail within the branch or group. In addition, employees are exposed to broader training through presentations and outside providers. Educational reimbursement programs are also available.

When will I be eligible for medical and dental benefits coverage?

Staff employees are eligible for medical and dental benefits starting on their 91st day of employment. At the time of hire, enrollment information is included as part of our new hire kit.

May I roll over my 401(k) funds from a previous employer?

At any time during your employment at Oxford, you may roll over funds from another qualified plan. There is no waiting period required for the transfer. You may not start 401(k) payroll deductions until you have met the eligibility requirements.
